Aaron He Manager Beijing Office, Aviation Practice

Aaron He joined GCW Consulting in November 2009 and is based in GCW’s Beijing Office.

Aaron obtained his Bachelor degree in Aviation Management from Civil Aviation University of China in 2002 and his MBA degree from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 2008.

Before joining GCW, Aaron worked for China Eastern Airlines as Operation Supervisor for nearly six years. As Operation Supervisor he was responsible for flight analysis which entails making decision for releasing of flights, and providing ground services to foreign airlines. This experience has made him very familiar with the process of operations of airlines and at the same time, learned to trust his precise attitude and develop his communications and problem-resolving skills.

His work experience in airlines also made him realize that top management concepts and skills were necessary to run a business. So he decided to enroll in an MBA program at Antai College of Economics &Management in Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Two years of studying not only brought about theoretical knowledge on business administration, but also extended his professional views and made good friends with all fields’ elites.

After obtaining his MBA, Aaron joined the prestigious Alliance PKU Management Consultants company. As a competent Management Consultant, he grasped the theoretical knowledge on business, and mastered his problem resolving, communicating and data analyzing skills. Aaron believes his six years’ airlines operations experience and 1-1/2 years’ consulting experiences will be an asset to his work in GCW. Furthermore, he loves the consulting business and would like to try his best to excel in this field.

During his spare time, Aaron likes to read, travel, play sport and listen to music. He likes to spend his vacation playing badminton or going to the gym with his friends. He believes a healthy body is most important for everyone.
